Even if he doesn't retire, he won't be on the court that much to have an impact anyway. And to be honest, I don't agree on Pavlovic, with him being a "great talent" He hasn't shown any talent since he came into the NBA. He might hit a 3 every now and then, but judged by stats alone, he's worthless. But Shaq and LeBron (if Shaq can stay healthy) can be fun to watch. Now what should the Cavs do next?
