		<description>I agree on Shaq, but Ben Wallace might retire anyway, it&#039;s not really important whether he fits in or not. Even if he doesn&#039;t retire, he won&#039;t be on the court that much to have an impact anyway. And to be honest, I don&#039;t agree on Pavlovic, with him being a &quot;great talent&quot; He hasn&#039;t shown any talent since he came into the NBA. He might hit a 3 every now and then, but judged by stats alone, he&#039;s worthless. 

But Shaq and LeBron (if Shaq can stay healthy) can be fun to watch. Now what should the Cavs do next?</description>
